As a Customer Service Representative for inside sales, your proactive approach will help address customer needs and deliver effective solutions. You will be responsible for managing service requests, maintaining communication with customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Your insights will help improve our service offerings and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls efficiently and courteously
• Process orders, pricing, and inquiries with accuracy
• Assist Account Managers with support and information sharing
• Provide timely resolutions to client-related issues
• Maintain awareness of local competition and stock levels
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education; technical background a plus
• Preferred experience of 1-3 years in sales
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
