The City of Meadow Lake is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and team focused individuals to join our team as part-time cashiers. The ideal candidate would possess a passion for recreation coupled with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handle general inquiries and concerns from the public
• Process all retail and membership transactions (cash, debit, credit card)
• Register participants for programs and activities using booking software
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and personable manner
• Answer the phone, be familiar with schedule and programs, taking bookings and birthday parties
• Promote Co-op Centre programming and maintain positive public relations between staff and customers
• Some typing, record keeping and filing
• Opening and closing balancing of the register
• Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate would possess the following certification:
Standard First Aid, CPR C/AED.
