Media Radar is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Ontario, Canada, to enhance client relationships and drive business performance. This position emphasizes user adoption and client retention.
As a key member of the Enterprise team, you will leverage your bilingual skills and 3+ years of customer success or account management experience. Collaborating with various internal teams, you will tailor strategies that ensure client satisfaction and deliver value effectively. Your understanding of complex client needs will support high retention rates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee post-sales activities for large enterprise clients
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to advise clients
• Develop strategies for improving customer engagement
• Provide French-language consultations for compliance
• Proactively recognize churn risks and act on them
Requirements:
• Fluent in both French and English
• At least 3 years in customer success or related fields
• Capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
• Data-driven approach to customer interactions
• Strong communication and listening skills
