Elevate customer experiences as a Customer Success Specialist at Quadbridge in a hybrid work setup. This role focuses on managing service operations and client communication for our Managed Services clients.
Quadbridge is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist with 3-5 years of experience. You will oversee a portfolio of Managed Services customers, facilitating onboarding, invoicing, and conducting Quarterly Service Reviews. Address operational issues and align service delivery to meet customer needs and performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of Managed Services clients
• Conduct Quarterly Service Reviews for operational health
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Ensure accuracy in monthly invoicing and forecasting
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Customer Success or Managed Services
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Familiarity with operational and financial processes
• Excellent communication skills for client management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
