In this hybrid role, you will manage relationships with key accounts while cultivating long-term partnerships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers
• Advocate for customer satisfaction and retention
• Drive user adoption and minimize churn with proactive engagement
• Monitor customer health and resolve escalated issues
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams
Requirements:
• 2-3+ years of management experience in customer success
• Experience in SaaS; telecommunications preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of cross-functional leadership
• Familiarity with Salesforce and customer success tools
