Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and ensure they receive prompt and courteous service.
- Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Prepare repair orders, explain necessary repairs and services, and provide cost estimates.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain regular contact with customers, providing updates on the status of their vehicles.

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
