Position: Customer Service Specialist for Dealers
Location: St. Jacobs

Elevate customer support as a Customer Service Specialist at Home Hardware in St. Jacobs. Deliver exceptional service to Dealers while navigating a fast-paced Call Centre environment.

In this 9-month role, you will provide bilingual assistance, utilizing various computer systems to resolve inquiries quickly. Your goal will be to track orders, manage stock levels, and ensure Dealers receive timely information on products and services. Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking are essential for this customer-focused position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve Dealer inquiries with precision

• Collaborate to manage product availability and orders

• Support processing of Special and Emergency Demand Orders

• Schedule and key Opening and Fill-In Orders

• Generate operational reports as requested

Requirements:

• High School diploma; business education is a plus

• 2–3 years in customer service, preferably retail

• Familiarity with Home's services is advantageous

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quick with different systems

• Flexibility to work onsite three days weekly
