Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Become a vital part of Point Click Care as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Optimize solutions and drive relationships with enterprise clients while working remotely.
This senior level position reports to the Sr. Director of Customer Success. You’ll be responsible for managing client engagements and delivering strategic value. Using your consulting expertise, you will work closely with executive leadership to maximize the impact of Point Click Care ’s solutions. Travel to client locations may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create joint customer success plans to enhance relationships
• Collaborate as a Trusted Advisor with customer leadership
• Implement Point Click Care ’s successful relationship methodologies
• Proactively manage customer health and churn risks
• Escalate issues and devise save plans for at-risk accounts
Requirements:
• Experience in customer success or account management
• Familiarity with SaaS and enterprise customer needs
• Strong relationship management abilities
• Exceptional communication and data analysis skills
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience
Lead impactful customer success strategies while enhancing enterprise relationships at Point Click Care .
