Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with cash handling and Ticket Socket/Universe transactions

• Keep track of capacity limits through ticket management

• Provide guests with museum information and support

• Maintain the cleanliness of the store and ticket areas

• Support management with store duties as needed

Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in retail and cash handling required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Punctual and reliable attendance

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
