We are looking for an Overnight Customer Service Representative to become part of our dynamic team at Taymax Group. This role will involve greeting members, responding to inquiries, and ensuring an organized and clean facility. A strong emphasis on punctuality and reliability will be vital in meeting our service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and guests with exceptional service

• Answer front desk phone calls and provide support

• Facilitate account updates for existing members

• Ensure cleanliness of the club during shifts

• Assist in resolving member issues promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 required

• High School diploma or GED preferred

• Experience in customer service is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Must have strong interpersonal skills
