In the Motivator position at Good Life Fitness Clubs, your main responsibility will be to ensure that every member receives a welcoming experience. By utilizing your extensive knowledge of club services and fitness equipment, you will directly impact the success of members’ fitness journeys. Your efforts will contribute to an engaging and supportive community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members with enthusiasm

• Assist potential members with inquiries and scheduling

• Answer member calls and address concerns promptly

• Help members navigate fitness equipment confidently

• Ensure the cleanliness of the club environment

Requirements:

• Must have CPR-A & AED certification

• Proven ability to provide superior customer service

• Strong communication skills and ability to connect

• Knowledge of fitness industry trends and products

• Computer skills and previous customer service background
