Position: Dialpad Customer Success Leader
Shape customer journeys as the Customer Success Leader at Dialpad, based in Kitchener, Ontario. This hybrid role emphasizes driving product adoption and delivering exceptional customer service.

As the Customer Success Leader, you will manage a team of Customer Success Managers focused on maximizing customer satisfaction and retention for Key Accounts. You will take a proactive approach to address customer issues and foster engagement while collaborating with various teams. Ensure that strategic solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

• Promote product utilization and minimize customer churn

• Monitor account health and resolve escalated customer issues

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of management experience in Customer Success

• Experienced in SaaS; preference for telecommunications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven leadership in cross-functional projects

• Familiarity with customer success tools and Salesforce
