As Manager of Customer Success, you will oversee a team of Customer Success Managers dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for key accounts. This role involves driving product adoption, monitoring customer health, and leading collaborative efforts across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Additionally, you will develop strategies for at-risk customers and report key metrics to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers

• Ensure customer satisfaction within the Key segment

• Accelerate product adoption and minimize churn

• Monitor account health and address escalated issues

• Collaborate to create customer-centric strategies

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of management experience in Customer Success

• Required SaaS experience; telecommunications background is a plus

• Professional communication and dynamic presentation skills

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

• Experience with customer success technologies like Gainsight
