You will also manage front desk operations and handle phone inquiries to enhance member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members as they arrive

• Assist potential members and answer inquiries

• Provide expert guidance on club services and memberships

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the club

• Deliver Fit-Fix Starter sessions to new members

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport

• Knowledge of fitness industry and member services

• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
