Customer Service Call Center Coordinator

Customer service expertise and professional communication define this Coordinator role, managing inquiries, calls, and service requests in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Supervisor of Customer Service, the Customer Service Coordinator supports Logistics Supervisors and the Sales Department. The role handles external customer inquiries through telephone, email, and written correspondence. It also requires multitasking, troubleshooting, and timely request resolution.

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond promptly to telephone, email, and written inquiries
• Investigate and resolve service requests efficiently
• Analyze concerns and determine effective resolutions
• Perform reporting, data entry, and review duties

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Word and Excel
• Ability to de-escalate concerns under pressure
