A growing in-house orthodontic program with strong case flow, advanced technology, and full administrative support
Waterloo Family Dental is seeking an Orthodontist—or a General Dentist who limits their practice to orthodontics—to join our well-established, multidisciplinary practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into an existing orthodontic program with consistent consult flow, experienced clinical support, and significant room to grow.
You’ll be working alongside a collaborative team of 4 General Dentists and Specialists in a modern, well-run clinic that values communication, efficiency, and patient experience. This role is ideal for a provider looking for a recurring, predictable schedule in a supportive environment while building long-term relationships with a loyal patient base.

About the Practice
The orthodontic program is well established and growing, with an average of 7 orthodontic consults per month and 3–4 case starts monthly
, leaving strong opportunity for expansion. All financial discussions and predeterminations are handled by a dedicated Treatment Coordinator, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care.
