Position Title: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

We are expanding across the KWC region and seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist who combines clinical excellence with a patient-first approach. You will be placed at one of our state-of-the-art clinics across Kitchener, Waterloo, or Cambridge.

• Position Location: KWC Region – Placement at 1 of our 3 locations (Kitchener, Waterloo, or Cambridge)

• Compensation: $50.00 – $55.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)

• Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available

• Schedule: Flexible availability required for Days, Evenings, and Weekends

• Clinical Services: Deliver high-quality care, including scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride treatments.

• Evaluations & Care Plans: Conduct periodontal assessments and build customized maintenance plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Chart Management & Continuity: Maintain detailed, precise digital charting to ensure accurate ongoing patient care.

  Partner with dentists, assistants, and administrative staff to maintain smooth daily scheduling and practice flow.

• Education & Credentials: Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program; registered and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO).

• Insurance & Safety: Valid liability insurance (CDHA or ODHA), along with current IPAC and CPR certifications.
