You will contribute to the BIM Execution Plan, coordinate design workflows, and manage information compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan and protocols

• Coordinate BIM deliverables with design partners and subcontractors

• Manage information workflows within the Common Data Environment

• Oversee quality and consistency of 3D models

• Support creation and integration of As-Built models

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline

• Experience as a BIM Coordinator on large-scale projects

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM software

• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards

• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
