Position: Designer Technician Role

As a Designer Technician, you'll have the flexibility to engage in various development contexts while contributing from analysis through implementation. Your involvement with multidisciplinary teams will integrate design, planning, and land development expertise, essential for advancing applications and coordinating with municipalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to diverse land development projects

• Prepare and coordinate technical drawings

• Produce visual materials for planning applications

• Liaise with municipalities and consultants

• Assist in preparing planning documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Planning or related discipline

• At least one year of relevant professional experience

• Familiarity with Ontario Planning Act and land approvals

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong organizational and communication skills
