Primary Care Physician - Geriatrics at AltaMed

In this Staff Physician position, you will deliver comprehensive care to participants in Alta Med's PACE program. Engage in a collaborative environment within the Interdisciplinary Team focused on enhancing quality and patient-centered services. Your responsibilities include managing a panel of participants across different settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care across diverse settings

• Manage care for a defined panel of elderly patients

• Engage in preventive health measures and wellness promotion

• Work with specialists to coordinate comprehensive care

• Provide virtual consultations and in-home visits for patients

Requirements:

• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics

• Active California medical license required

• Experience with EMR systems preferred

• Current DEA license necessary

• BLS certification following AHA or Red Cross standards
