Position: Bethel CRC Youth Pastor Role
Join Bethel CRC in Listowel, Ontario, as a Youth Pastor dedicated to guiding youth in their faith. This role focuses on nurturing students from Grade 9 to young adults.

Bethel Christian Reformed Church seeks an enthusiastic Youth Director/Youth Pastor to energize our youth program. Candidates will connect passionately with children and young adults, emphasizing their spiritual growth and faith application. The position is adaptable, offering part-time or full-time workload to meet diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging youth programs for 9th to 12th graders

• Encourage young adults in their spiritual journeys

• Work closely with congregation Youth Leaders

• Contribute to the church's vision and local outreach

• Offer mentorship and community support to youth

Requirements:

• Educational background in Youth Ministry or similar

• Passionate about youth spiritual development

• Effective leadership and mentoring abilities

• Capability to collaborate within a ministry team

• Flexibility for part-time or full-time work options
