You will oversee program delivery and faculty development at the Cambridge campus, contributing to the advancement of engineering education. The Chair plays a critical role in curriculum leadership while facilitating partnerships with industry and ensuring programs remain aligned with labor market demands. This hybrid position also involves supporting faculty through coaching and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment and faculty staffing initiatives
• Drive curriculum development and quality assurance
• Manage financial planning for program operations
• Monitor enrollment trends and develop partnerships
• Foster an inclusive teaching and learning culture
Requirements:
• Required Master’s degree in engineering;
PhD considered an asset
• P.Eng. designation mandatory
• Nine years of relevant experience in education
• Proven leadership in academic or administrative settings
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills
