Youth Worker

Southwestern Ontario Youth for Christ/Youth Unlimited YFC is a youth-focused, faith-based organization dedicated to helping young people in Southwestern Ontario reach their full potential by showing love and care for their whole person.
We are seeking an individual to plan, implement, and engage in youth activities at our satellite location in Listowel, ON. The ideal candidate should be able to develop programs based on their God-given abilities, while also considering the needs of the community youth they serve. Relationship-building skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities include creative programming, administrative tasks, and building a support base of ministry partners who will financially support the ministry.
The salary for this position is determined on a scale based on education and experience and is funded on a missionary basis, requiring the formation of a ministry partnership team. Accommodation is available for applicants with disabilities.
