Position: Kindergarten Educational Assistant Role

Responsibilities span from promoting effective learning strategies to ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Observing and assessing student progress while assisting with Learning Support Plans are central to your duties, allowing you to make a direct impact on student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to implement engaging activities

• Support students’ individual learning needs and behavior

• Assist with classroom setup and material organization

• Supervise students during classes and events

• Maintain accurate records of student progress

Requirements:

• Educational Assistant Diploma or similar credential

• Minimum 1 year experience in an educational environment

• Skills in supporting diverse learning needs

• Proficient communication and interpersonal abilities

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check or ability to acquire
