Your role will involve evaluating and facilitating training sessions on equipment such as aerial work platforms and forklifts. With emphasis on practical training and adult learning principles, you will ensure a high-quality learning experience for all participants. This is primarily an in-person position, requiring travel to various locations in Southwestern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions utilizing adult learning principles

• Assess operator skills with practical evaluations

• Complete necessary administrative documentation accurately

Requirements:

• Operational certification in relevant equipment required

• 1+ years of experience in training or safety roles preferred

• Strong communication skills with a customer focus

• Clear criminal record and valid driver’s license required
