EarlyON Educator Waterloo Region

Become an essential part of the EarlyON team in Waterloo Region as a full-time Educator, providing developmental and play-based programs. Engage with families, enhance children's learning, and ensure high-quality care across multiple locations.

As an EarlyON Educator, you will support child development and create nurturing environments. You should be a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) or actively enrolled in a relevant program, with knowledge of early years pedagogy. This role emphasizes strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as adaptability in various educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure age-appropriate care and programs meet regulations

• Engage parents and caregivers in meaningful conversations

• Uphold health and safety standards rigorously

• Provide responsive adult-child relationships through enriched experiences

• Offer program support across multiple EarlyON locations

Requirements:

• Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) or in a relevant program

• Knowledge of child development and inquiry-based learning

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

• Active engagement in community connections

• Ability to travel across the region independently
