• Create annual learning plans for managers and senior leadership

• Supervise training coordinators and assist in program delivery

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments

• Facilitate onboarding programs and operational leadership training

• Recommend and investigate innovative training technologies
Requirements:

• 5 years in learning and development or related field

• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills

• Experience with learning management systems

• Familiarity with instructional design and training cycles
