Innov Oak School in Kitchener-Waterloo is seeking an exceptional candidate to lead a Junior Kindergarten/Senior Kindergarten Home Form. With a focus on evidence-based instruction, candidates will utilize Heggerty, UFLI, and Singapore Math to promote literacy and numeracy. This opportunity allows you to design and establish a new classroom, preparing for a collaborative teaching experience that prioritizes student growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Home Form Teacher for JK/SK classroom

• Deliver instruction using evidence-based practices

• Prepare students for Grade 1 level outcomes

• Build strong relationships with families and students

• Create engaging learning experiences through diverse methods

Requirements:

• Ontario College of Teachers certification preferred

• Experience in early years education, preferably Grade 1

• Bachelor of Education preferred

• Strong understanding of literacy and numeracy

• Experience with Heggerty and Singapore Math an asset
