Position: Instructional Designer for Digital Learning
Shape the future of learning at Conestoga College as a Part-Time Instructional Designer. Deliver engaging Open Educational Resources through innovative instructional strategies and hybrid work.

This role focuses on developing high-quality educational materials that meet academic standards and accessibility requirements. You will be working on-site at the Kitchener Doon campus part-time, with a hybrid schedule throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging digital learning resources

• Conduct developmental editing on OER projects

• Create instructional content and multimedia scripts

• Support project planning and coordinate with teams

• Stay updated on educational technology trends

Requirements:

• Degree in Instructional Design or Adult Education

• At least five years of relevant instructional design experience

• Familiarity with Universal Design for Learning principles

• Strong project management skills

• Background in educational publishing
