At TLN, this role involves collaboration with instructional designers, project managers, and clients to develop high-quality learning courses. You'll transform storyboards and scripts into interactive digital experiences, conduct quality assurance testing, and troubleshoot technical issues. Your innovative ideas will contribute significantly to achieving learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop eLearning courses with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite

• Collaborate to deliver effective learning solutions and gather feedback

• Conduct quality assurance testing for cross-device functionality

• Troubleshoot accessibility, LMS, and publishing issues

• Manage multiple projects while ensuring client expectations are met

Requirements:

• Proven experience in eLearning development with Articulate 360

• Proficient in Adobe multimedia tools and design

• Ability to create engaging experiences from design specifications

• Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards and accessibility

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
