Cross-Cultural Ministry Director Position

The successful candidate will have significant experience in missions and community engagement, and must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Critical responsibilities include developing partnerships with local ministries, logistics management for outreach programs, and mentoring student leaders, all while fostering a vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement ministry experiences for students
• Recruit and train student ministry leaders
• Maintain partnerships with community organizations
• Organize logistics for trips and events
• Assess program effectiveness and enhance offerings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred in relevant fields
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Proven experience in leadership and program planning
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Understanding of border dynamics and challenges
