As the Lead Trainer, you will guide training initiatives within a leading pork processing company dedicated to employee growth. This role demands a strong background in training development and delivery, where you will supervise coordinators and collaborate on program content. Employing diverse training methods including virtual reality and traditional techniques will be essential to meet industry demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement onboarding processes

• Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt as needed

• Oversee the Canadian Butchery program

• Supervise team and facilitate internal training

• Communicate available training opportunities to staff

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• Minimum five years in training development

• Experience with learning management tools

• Strong public speaking and facilitation skills

• Proficient in project management and MS Office
