The Literacy Coach position is essential to furthering FNSB's strategic goals. This role emphasizes collaboration with educators and local First Nations to enhance literacy in school programming. Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor educators on literacy practices
• Develop and implement evidence-informed literacy programming

Requirements:
• Experience in curriculum development for literacy
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders
• Understanding of Yukon First Nations' cultural practices
