Assistant Pastor

The Assistant pastor will play a key role in helping people take meaningful next steps in their walk with Christ through intentional discipleship, pastoral care, leadership development, and meaningful community. Working alongside the Lead Pastor and the pastoral team, they will invest in the spiritual health of our congregation while contributing to LPC's overall vision and mission. Salary Range 55k-60k - based on qualifications and experience

Required Skills

- who loves Jesus and loves people,
- who is a team player
- who has a heart for and experience with pastoral care, discipleship, and developing leaders.

- who is willing and able to teach/preach in a corporate setting.

Education Required
Ministry experience and education would be valuable assets.

Experience Required
We are looking for someone with ministry experience:

- with pastoral care/support,
- developing and leading teams
- creating and strengthening church education and discipleship programs
- within an urban context

But these are seen as assets and not requirements.

We are open to applicants who are teachable and willing to put in the work to grow in these areas.
