As an Early Learning Facilitator, you will report to the Family Gathering Program Supervisor, delivering a quality educational program centered on children's needs.
Your role involves building strong connections with families and the community while ensuring children feel a sense of belonging. Collaboration with your team will enhance the learning experiences provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement child-centered and play-based learning strategies
• Build meaningful relationships with parents and community
• Promote holistic child development through activities
• Work closely with team members for program success
• Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
• Background in early childhood education
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs
