Location: Stratford
The YMCA of Three Rivers is hiring a Back on Track Facilitator for a full-time contract in Stratford/Perth. You will partner with local schools to support youth returning from suspension, delivering workshops and academic assistance while building trusted relationships with students and families.
You will travel regionally to support program activities, facilitate group sessions, and help youth develop skills to re-engage with school and community in a positive, sustained way.
