Position: LTO Special Needs Educational Assistant Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily activities and learning for special needs students

• Work with educators on individualized education plans

• Assist in behavior guidance and support techniques

• Maintain effective communication with parents

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements:

• Educational Assistant certification or diploma is required

• Minimum one year relevant experience preferred

• School-based experience is strongly preferred

• Certification in Behavior Management Systems is valued

• Training in Autism Spectrum Disorder is advantageous
