The Waterloo Catholic District School Board with a total student population of 38,000, provides services to students in 52 schools (Kindergarten to Grade 12) across the Waterloo Region.

General Description of Duties:

• Ensure the safety and security of students during the lunch period.

Minimum Requirements:

• 18 years of age or over;
• Canadian citizen with Social Insurance Number or valid work permit to be eligible to work in Canada

Desirable Assets:

• Experience working with children
• Willingness to assume a wide variety of duties;
• Ability to communicate in a sensitive, courteous manner with students, parents, staff and the general public;
• Ability to work as a team player;
• Current First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.

Salary Range: $28.11 – $29.51 per hour, Level 2(Compensation Grid effective September 1, 2025)

Location: St Patrick Catholic Elementary School, Kitchener, ON.

Hours of Work : 1 hour per day, 5 hours per week, Monday
- Friday

11:55am–12:55pm

Effective Date: asap

Duration:

Start asap until December 18, 2026. After this assignment ends, you would be placed onto the Lunch Hour Supervisor supply list.
