Long-Term FSL Teacher at WCDSB

WCDSB is seeking a Certified Occasional Teacher to fill a 100% long-term occasional (LTO) teaching role. Ideal candidates should have French qualifications or an interest in teaching French. Both internal and external certified teachers are encouraged to apply and contribute to the educational growth of over 30,000 learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach French as a Second Language effectively

• Engage students in creative language learning activities

• Maintain records of student performance

Requirements:

• Certified Occasional Teacher status in Ontario

• Preferred French qualifications or relevant background

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Recent teacher performance appraisal (if applicable)

• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check required
