Position: Bilingual Learning Facilitator Life

You will shape the learning experience for new and existing employees by delivering structured training on Contracting and Compensation. Your expertise will allow you to adapt content to reflect various learning styles while applying adult-learning principles. The position involves assessing learning needs and developing targeted plans to improve knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training sessions in multiple formats

• Assess individual and organizational learning needs

• Design and maintain training materials and resources

• Provide coaching to support learner development

• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Experience in training delivery and facilitation

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles

• Bilingual in French and English

• Proven ability to develop training content

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
