Waterloo Elementary School is seeking a part-time Grade 1 Teacher for a contract replacement. You will deliver a dynamic curriculum while fostering a nurturing learning environment. Candidates must hold a valid teaching authorization or be enrolled in a relevant Bachelor or Master program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach Grade 1 subjects as a generalist educator
• Develop lesson plans to engage young learners
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods
• Create a supportive classroom environment for all students
• Collaborate with the School Principal on educational strategies
Requirements:
• Valid teaching authorization or relevant enrollment in teaching programs
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred
• Experience working with young students or adults
• Proof of study evaluation if diploma obtained abroad
• Strong communication and organizational skills
