About the Role
The Company is seeking an Academic Dean to play a pivotal role in shaping the institution's academic vision and strategic direction. The successful candidate will be the Senior Academic Officer, overseeing both undergraduate and graduate programs, academic planning, curriculum development, and student academic matters. This leadership position requires a PhD or equivalent terminal degree, a strong background in scholarship, education, and administration, and a proven track record in academic administration.
The Academic Dean will be responsible for fostering academic excellence, innovation, and societal impact, and must be a strategic thinker with a commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and decolonization.
