Senior Field Supervisor in Renewable Energy

As a key player, you will supervise the service operations for the Sol Bank Storage Power Block, coordinating field service activities and ensuring compliance with Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA’s) across sites in the US. Your technical skills and previous supervisory experience will guide the team's success in commissioning and maintenance tasks in a challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead service teams and daily operational tasks
• Ensure efficient commissioning of storage systems
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance effectively
• Manage subcontractors and onsite technical support
• Fulfill obligations under Long Term Service Agreements
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• 5+ years in a relevant service role
• Experience in a supervisory capacity for at least a year
• Understanding of energy storage and power conversion systems
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
