In the Planning Coordinator role at Canadian Solar, you'll oversee daily and strategic operational planning for photovoltaic and battery energy storage systems. Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, outages, and ensuring effective communication between various teams. Your expertise will enhance control centre efficiency and ensure compliance across a dynamic renewable energy landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate planned maintenance and operational activities for PV and BESS facilities.
• Develop daily, weekly, and long-range operational plans.
• Ensure documentation and operational impact assessments are accurate.
• Align execution plans with field technicians and third-party providers.
• Track scheduled work and provide updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 3+ years in operations coordination or renewable energy.
• Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience with SCADA and work order systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.
