The Senior Project Director will be responsible for overseeing a regional project implementation team that will include Project Directors, Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Construction Managers for BESS projects.  Providing leadership and decision-making project scope including but not limited to schedules, budgets, changes / variations, and dispute resolution.  The individual will liaise with internal departments (Commercial, Engineering, Quality, Commissioning, Service, Accounting, Legal and Procurement), the client / owner, equipment suppliers, EPC’s / BOP’s and and various subcontractors.  

Department management, project management, contract review and EPC construction experience is required as well as demonstrated influence, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.  
** Responsibilities:
** Complete other duties and projects as assigned Requirements:
Minimum 10 years experience in managing construction projects and 5 years managing direct reports

Experience with utility scale renewable construction projects, preferably in Battery Energy Storage Systems Solid and effective interpersonal and communication skills (including oral, written and visual)
Strong negotiation, facilitation, risk management and consensus building skills

Knowledge of general and national codes, medium voltage power systems and photovoltaic or Energy Storage system applications is required

Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong ownership mentality Expert knowledge of creating business requirements, work plans, project schedules and associated project artifacts

Ability to function successfully both independently and within a team Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends) as required
