In this role, you will investigate non-conformance issues, applying rigorous analytical methods to identify root causes of medical device failures. Your work will entail collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, and QA teams as you propose actionable improvements and engage with ISO 13485 systems from the inside.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive NCR investigations, documenting findings
• Apply structured root cause analysis methods to failures
• Analyze production and test data to reveal issues
• Design controlled bench experiments to assess failure modes
• Partner with teams to validate proposed improvements
Requirements:
• Pursuing a technical engineering degree in related disciplines
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting instincts
• Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies
• Proficient in technical writing for documentation
• Comfortable with data scripting languages, especially Python
