About the role:
As a Senior Engineer – Mechanical Systems and Equipment you will provide technical leadership for the design, development, analysis, and implementation of complex mechanical systems and equipment supporting legacy and advanced reactor technologies. You will lead system and equipment design efforts, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges while balancing cost, schedule, and quality objectives. This role requires a high level of technical expertise as well as the ability to lead and coordinate engineering teams executing complex work.
You will report to the Manager, Mechanical Systems & Equipment and be located at the Kitchener, Ontario Office
. This position will be offered as a hybrid role. Employees working in hybrid roles are expected to work onsite at our Kitchener, Ontario Office 2 days per week.

It is a bona fide job requirement to be eligible and authorized to travel to the on Westinghouse business, and such travel is subject to the rules and regulations of the Department of Energy, as well as compliance with all applicable export laws and regulations.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $86,800 to $108,500
per year
