Take the lead at Enova Power Corp. as the Director of Engineering, focusing on strategic expansion and sustainment of our utility infrastructure. This is based at our Victoria St office.
You will play a crucial role in managing the Engineering department while ensuring the alignment with corporate vision and safety regulations. Your knowledge will drive the development and management of distribution systems and facilitate effective budgeting and resource allocation. Collaborate with stakeholders and innovate processes to enhance grid performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee engineering support and operational activities
• Design and manage distribution system planning
• Direct capital and operational budget preparations
• Optimize staff management and training initiatives
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Professional Engineering license (P.Eng) required
• Minimum of 10 years in infrastructure management
• Expertise in GIS and engineering software
• Hold a Class G Driver’s License
