Elevate your career with Eldorado Gold as a Senior Metallurgist at the McIlvenna Bay site. In this full-time role working a 14/14 rotation, you will drive metallurgical operations to ensure efficient recovery and safety standards.

The Senior Metallurgist will lead a dedicated team in enhancing mineral processing operations at one of Canada's pivotal copper projects. As part of the Mill Operations Team, you will oversee metallurgical performance, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Your technical expertise will foster collaboration across various departments, contributing to the project’s commercial production in mid-2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the metallurgical team

• Optimize processing performance and product quality

• Oversee metallurgical test work and troubleshooting

• Analyze operational data for improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on plant performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Metallurgical Engineering

• 6+ years in mineral processing with leadership growth

• Eligible for P.Eng registration in Saskatchewan

• Strong knowledge of recovery and process control

• Excellent communication and project management skills
