Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and execute process flow improvements

• Conduct feasibility studies for new and current programs

• Support APQP using Lean Manufacturing Principles

• Implement corrective actions and mistake-proofing

• Collaborate on Engineering Changes with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing

• Post-Secondary Education in Engineering

• Familiarity with CAD modeling software

• Knowledge of APQP & PPAP processes

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies
